I have pictures of my recently restored 65 Landlord 101 that I am attaching in JPG format.  I hope that works for you.  I have a lot of pictures of my 101 before, during, and after restoration, but I tried to send some different views that maybe club members haven't seen before, especially the one in the ranch gate.

This tractor was not a pile-of-junk-to-monument story.  It was a pretty solid tractor when I bought it and almost everything was there.  It ran (better then than it does now.  That updraft carb is tricky to adjust.)   I was looking for a Wheel Horse to restore like we had when I was a kid in the Midwest.  There aren't many garden tractors in Colorado as water is too scarce to have large lawns.  I watched this tractor on a used farm implement lot for a year. It was painted faded Wheel Horse red as you can see.

In trying to find out more about Simplicity, I found SimpletrACtors and got hooked and so I bought it.  The website and club have been so much fun and assistance that has made this restoration project a real joy.  I took everything on the tractor apart except for taking the engine block apart and splitting the transmission case.  Most of the parts were painted in my basement this winter with an air brush like mini paint sprayer.

My family has a mountain ranch where I can take the Landlord to "work."  The grader blade I bought from Sandy Lake Implement has been the most fun and useful.

My thanks to you and all the other club members who have helped me.
